Position Overview: 

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our projects, working closely with our Project Managers and Superintendents to bring the Client's project to life. From developing plans to coordinating selections and gathering pricing, your attention to detail and knack for organization will ensure seamless project execution. Plus, with our software management platform, JobTread, you'll have the tools you need to streamline workflows and unleash your full potential. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Project Planning and Estimating: Assisting with plan takeoffs using PlanSwift, preparing project estimates, sending bid requests, and managing contracts and change orders in JobTread.
  • Client and Trade Partner Relations: Serving as the point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring strong communication and managing relationships to meet project obligations and deadlines.
  • Material and Vendor Management: Sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors for timely deliveries, and managing purchase orders and approvals.
  • Document and Budget Management: Organizing project files for audits, tracking budgets, preparing cost analysis reports, and updating financials in JobTread.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assisting in the coordination of project schedules, ensuring timely communication between team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines.
  • Quality Control and Compliance: Ensuring construction activities comply with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards in collaboration with the Project Manager or Superintendent.
  • Technology Proficiency: Utilizing PlanSwift, JobTread, and other relevant construction management tools to streamline operations and improve project efficiency.

. Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role 
  • Construction office experience highly preferred 
  • Proficiency in project management software, preferably JobTread. 
  • Experience with PlanSwift a plus 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. 
  • Commitment to upholding high-quality standards and delivering exceptional results.

Compensation: 

$20 - $25 an hour, based on experience
