Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize emails, ensuring timely responses and communication.
  • Update and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Utilize social media platforms to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the team with general office tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Strong social media management skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


Salary and Benefits:

  • $18.00 - $20.00 per hr, depending on experience.
